Chef Gagnaire began his career in St Etienne where he won three Michelin Stars, and gained a reputation for challenging the conventions of classic French cooking by introducing jarring juxtapositions of flavours, tastes, textures, and ingredients.Le Chef Magazine last year selected Pierre Gagnaire as one of top ten chef in the world.
